Answer – Promoting the growth and development of primary children in my view

Primary school stage is very important for each and every child. It’s the base foundation time for them, Its complex time for students, parents and as well as teachers too. Because each and every mind is different than other, So, its task of a teacher to understand their emotional state and physical and mental development guide them with different strategies,

1.      Analytical Development of Children

2.      Physical Development of children

3.      Mental and emotional development

4.       Social and familiar approach development.

1.      Analytical development of a child – Here, a good and dedicated teacher must develop logical reasoning among students. Students could recognize things and objects structurally and systematically. If a teacher or parents show them different objects like a ball, a toy, or a book. The child must reply What is that, Now, there is a question of how the teacher will develop this skill. Students could group objects on based on shared characteristics. In my house, a small girl is there. We gave her different toys and told them their names. After regular reminders, she could recognize things easily.

First, we gave her pictures and toys of animals, such as an Elephant, a goat, a dog, and a Cow. Within a few days, she started calling the animals by their real names. Then we gave her blogs of numbers, and she is telling the numbers in the right sequence. So, in my view, it’s the Eastway teaching them.

2.      Physical Development – To improve physical development we have to help them with healthy habits, such as outdoor games, dance classes, and healthy eating habits. We should motivate students to play in parks, encourage them to run, jump, and dance. Offer. them physical interesting activity such as hide and seek, rope jump, hurdle race etc.

Grooes anticipatory theory – According to this theory play is seem as a practice to prepare children for future all over challenges.

3.      Mental and Emotional development – Age is normally primary school students is 3 to 7 years this is the age where mind of a child is free from all boundaries, it’s crucial period for developing social and emotional skills. and further this skills impact on academic skill, too for a child. These skills include self- awareness, relationship skills, school is a place where teachers help student to develop overall skills, through curriculum, instructions and positive and motivative interaction among student and teacher and student to student

Why it is necessary – It is important for academic success social connections and future success in their career and education.

4.      Social and familiar approach -  Social and familiar approach for children includes how to welcome people greet them and how to mingle with them, Its duty of a teacher to inculcate in them a habit how to respect people interact with them and share an emotional bond with them. Here parent’s role is equally important as teacher to create a safe and comfortable space to learn. Teacher should train them with help of small intact, inside the classroom, as well as when they go out for some excursion or in playground with various games.

According to Constructivist learning theory students could learn new things on the approach they have already learned before.

Conclusion – Thesis statement for growth and development of primary children

Answer - There is a proverb in English, “As you show that you reap. “Exact the same applied in case of Primary age of children, aged between 1 to 3. The brain of a child in early childhood is just like a clean slate how we write, is marked the same. And as we can erase very easily marked letters on slate the same it gets forgotten from mind of a child according to time and situation. So, as we put good or bad environment, let it be educational. Social or familiar, the child develops the same habits

Primary duty of a parent must be to develop good communication with child, and help them to inculcate good habits and, and catch new knowledge. Community and environment - comprising family now a days caretakers because maximum moms are working, culture and boarder social context – play pivotal role in shaping a toddler’s experience and view to see the world. Every family is different from each other in habits understanding and in culture, so we find among children also different habits then each other. Pedagogical theories help us to understand, structure insight into how these factors influence and impact on every individual’s success story due to their care and motivation in early childhood.

Role of Community and environment in the development of toddlers’ future life

Community plays important role in development and nourishes childhood and the future of a child, where parents are first teachers and caregivers, society friends, and the surrounding environment plays a very important role in shaping a child's emotional, cognitive, and moral development.

Social environment and interaction with friends;

A clean, safe community helps children to be healthy and think positively, friends and neighbors helps them to learn good habits, play good games, and think in a positive manner. It encourages them to participate in good activities, try to win, brings motivation, and grows self-confidence.

There is a proverb in Gujarati, “Pahlo sago padosi, “which means our first relative is a neighbor, who will help first in time of need and inculcate a good atmosphere around us to think positively, learn good habits, and grow well.

‘A community plays a vital role in the overall development of a child, influencing his bond with society, his values, and social skills’.
