HOW A SMALL ACCIDENT CHANGES LIFE
MY LIFE AFTER THE ACCIDENT
It was a sunny morning, on 15th
February 2023, When I started for my recently joined school, RAJDHANI MODEL
SCHOOL MALKAJGIRI, I was excited to reach my school, on time, but fate was
ready with some other option which was beyond my imagination, before one lane
of my school, at 8 10, am, on a blind turning a rushed auto, which was Probably
loaded with school children has dashed my scooter,
The auto driver dashed and ran
away to let me be, in acute pain, Nearby commuters who were available at the
spot anyhow helped me to sit on the road Before this accident, I was a totally
successful lady with a good family and teaching background but this accident
has changed every scenario for me and left me dumb and helpless,
Was unable to decide what is
next, there was acute pain in my legs and right hand, and I was unable to move,
but anyhow, life has to move on. I collected my all willpower, and commuters
who had surrounded me to help, I asked to open the dicky of the scooter and
give my mobile, actually was not in a condition to even hold the mobile
properly, Anyhow I managed to hold it and called my husband, who was available
at that time, in Air force station Hakim pet, as he listened about my accident,
rushed to the place, along with my son Anurag, Meanwhile, I reported about this
accident to my school’s in charge Mrs. Padma. She is a kind-hearted lady, and as;
she listened to the incident she came to help me on the spot, along with some
students but, my condition was totally tragic, was unable to move, She and my fellow
students waited till my husband and son arrived. In charge, madam and the school children left
when they both reached the spot. But among all this, I can’t miss telling about
a kind lady, who seems to be some school teacher, who left her bus and came to
help me. Rightly said “Humanity has not disappeared from this world”, I
repeatedly told her to go to her work but till, she had not helped me to sit comfortably,
to the place did not leave
As my husband and son reached the
spot with help of some commuters they boarded me in the car, and we rushed to
Military Hospital Marred Pally, In the ortho department, there were two senior
doctors who examined the case, and diagnosed shoulder dislocation, anyhow they
made it correct with some exercises, but my right leg was damaged too. And they
ignored it by saying, nothing is there in my leg.
Returned back to home, thinking it was a
small period of pain that will be recovered very soon, But it was just my
daydream, Which I could know, after ten
days when suddenly fluid started to come out from my right leg, again I rushed
to Smc Hakim pet where after first
examination they, referred to Military Hospital, But due to great doctors, they
ignored it again by saying nothing much is there, only its fluid formation,
will be okay after three to four days of medication, but their ignorance proved
as a curse for me, They admitted in MH saying for few days of medication, But
the condition of MH was tragic to stay, Anyhow I wanted to come out from MH. So
when my daughter Sruthi came to see me in MH. I told her about the
unhygienic condition, she said me to just wait for a day,
The
very next my husband took forced to discharge from
MH, And the very next day of discharge we
went to Continental Hospital Gachibowli,
on the 5th of March, next day, Thereafter, MRI and check-ups
proved it was an ACL tear and other damage too, and badly due for surgery, In
Continental Hospital Sruthi’s cousin brother Vamsi is an ortho surgeon and he
helped me a lot, During my surgery, he was assisting the senior doctors like
Sudhakar Reddy, total surgery was completed within one hour and 23
minutes, After this painful procedure I
was taken out from operation theatre and sifted in other room, where my husband
and son was waiting for me, When, I could see them, got relaxed, After staying
for four days in the normal ward, finally I could get discharge from hospital
and reached my home, Ad still under-recovery,
This was the tragic but true story of my
accident, which is the most painful of life and I can’t forget it forever.
